About us

Ayuda en Acción is an international NGO that fights the causes and consequences of poverty and inequality around the world. In 19 countries across Latin America, Africa and Europe, we work to generate opportunities so that young people can build a better future.

We act in areas affected by climate change, conflict and poverty, responding to the most basic needs with a long-term vision, and seeking solutions to prolonged crises. We mobilize to ensure safe, equitable and prosperous environments in which communities have the most favorable conditions for their own development, whereby migration is a free and informed choice.

Ayuda en Acción is putting in place a roster of experts interested in short and medium term assignments that may arise from our programs across the globe. We are constantly in need of high-quality external support in project design, project management, evaluations and studies.

As a Roster member, you will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with our teams on the field, or contribute with high quality inputs to our programs though home-base work.
