Privacy clause for candidates

This privacy policy (hereinafter, the "Privacy Policy") applies to all personal data provided to the AYUDA EN ACCIÓN Foundation, with address at Calle Bravo Murillo 178, 28020, Madrid (hereinafter "Ayuda en Acción"). Personal information is understood as information about a natural person that allows their identification, directly or indirectly.

 

We process your personal data, based on the current relationship that you maintain with us, and that may have been provided through different means, such as, among others, a form on the Web, participation in any of our campaigns and the request to receive electronic information about our activity.

In this policy we explain how Ayuda en Acción protects and guarantees the security of your personal data, making use of appropriate and adequate technical and organizational security measures:

 

I- RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA PROCESSING

 

Ayuda en Acción, as responsible for the data processing, is concerned with compliance with legal obligations regarding the protection of personal data, in particular, complying with our information obligations. In addition, we are at your disposal for any question or concern that may arise in this regard.

 

At any time, you can contact us either through the email lopd@ayudaenaccion.org or by postal mail sending a communication addressed to the Personal Data Manager of Ayuda en Acción at Calle Bravo Murillo, 178, 4th floor 28020 Madrid, if you have any question or need regarding the protection of personal data.



II- PURPOSES OF THE DATA PROCESSING AND LEGITIMATION

 

For the purposes of the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the personal data processing and the free circulation of these data and by the one that repeals the Directive 95/46 / CE ('GDPR'), we inform you that Ayuda en Acción will process the personal data that you have provided us for the purpose of being used for this vacancy and/or for future selection processes that fit with your profile and under the legal basis of your consent at the time you send us your Curriculum Vitae.



Ayuda en Acción informs you that if you are a user of our website we can create an automated file with the personal data that you provide through it, which could be used for the purpose of making statistics, incident management or conducting market studies, among other activities. Such processing will be based on the legitimate interests of Ayuda en Acción.

 

Failure to complete certain personal data will prevent us from providing all those services for which such information is necessary.

 

III- CONSERVATION PERIOD OF DATA

 

We will keep your personal data for the time necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes described above based on the legal bases that enable the data processing. Without prejudice to the foregoing, conservation shall also be carried out for the period that is necessary for the formulation, exercise or defense of potential claims and/or whenever permitted by applicable legislation. In this last case, your personal data will only be processed in order to prove compliance with legal or contractual obligations to which we are subject.



IV.- RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

 

In no case shall we communicate, exploit your personal data or use it for a purpose other than that detailed above.

 

However, some organizations that collaborate with Ayuda en Acción, such as media agencies, travel agencies, or financial institutions, among others, can have access to them as processors, so that we can carry out our work. Sometimes this third party can be found in countries outside the European Economic Area that do not offer an adequate level of security according to the GDPR. In these cases, we sign a written contract between both parties that includes the standard contractual clauses according to standards approved by the European Commission for the transfer of personal information outside the European Economic Area. In any case, the transfer, conservation and management of your personal information will continue to be governed by this Privacy Policy.

In the event that you wish to sponsor children living in Mexico, we inform you that your data will be communicated to manage your sponsorship to the entity Ayuda en Accion Mexico Civil Association, which has sufficient guarantees.

We also inform you that the data related to your contribution will be communicated to the Tax Agency in order to process your tax benefits, as well as those of other control authorities that request your data, provided that all the legally established precepts are respected.



V.- YOUR RIGHTS

 

Ayuda en Acción informs you about the possibility that it assists you to exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability and limitation of the processing of personal data that we have collected.

 

Additionally, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in the cases included in the applicable data protection regulations.

 

These rights can be exercised, by yourself or by the person representing you, by means of a written and signed request addressed to the Personal Data Manager of Ayuda en Acción, through:

 

  • Postal mail: Calle Bravo Murillo, 178,  4th floor 28020 Madrid.

This request must contain the following information: your name and surname(s), address for notification purposes, photocopy of your National Identity Document or Passport, and the request outlining the enquiry. In the case of representation, it must be proven by means of attesting documents. To send this request you can make use of the models made available by the Spanish Data Protection Agency, which can be signed electronically.

In addition to the foregoing rights, if it is the legal basis for your personal data processing, you also have the right to withdraw the consent granted at any time through the procedure described above, without this withdrawal of consent affecting the lawfulness of the data processing prior to the withdrawal, and without under any circumstances conditioning the processing of personal data made by virtue of another legal basis. Ayuda en Acción may continue to process your personal data to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

In general, we respond to requests within a month, although depending on complexity and number, the period could be extended by another two months, in which case we will notify you.

 

Finally, we remind you that you have the right to submit a complaint before the competent authorities.

Ayuda en Acción reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy in accordance with the applicable legislation at all times. In any case, you may consult any modification of the Privacy Policy on our website.
